LEWISTON — St. Laurent and Son began construction at the city’s solid waste facility, 420 River Road, on Aug. 22.
The project will provide bypass lanes for customers only dropping off recycling material who do not need to scale in. All other material will need to go over the on-site scale with the city’s new EZCard.
The work is expected to continue through the end of October or into early November.
