Arthur R. Gary

AUBURN – Arthur R. Gary, 75, of Mechanic Falls, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022 at Hospice House in Auburn with his loving family by his side. He was born on February 3, 1947, the son of Wilfred and Dorothy (Thurston) Gary.

Arthur graduated from University of Maine at Portland with a Master’s Degree in Education. He was a Real Estate Broker and taught classes in Real Estate. He enjoyed traveling and collecting stamps and coins.

He is survived by his two sons, Mark and wife Tammy of Mechanic Falls, Matthew and wife Michele of South Paris, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and several nephews, a niece and their families. He was predeceased by his parents and brothers Richard and Howard.

Graveside services will be held at Gracelawn Memorial Park in Auburn on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 2:00 PM with Celebration of Life to follow immediately at United Methodist Church, 142 Minot Avenue, Minot.
