NEW VINEYARD — The Gospel Light Baptist Church, located at 268 Barker Road in New Vineyard, will kick off its 7th Anniversary Celebration with a Back to School Bash.
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, activities for the children will feature pizza, outdoor games, and a message by Youth Pastor Austin Smith. Adults will meet upstairs that evening for a special service with Pastor Josh Grubbs, son of Pastor and Mrs. Steve Grubbs.
A special Sunday morning service will be held on September 11 at 11:00. A church picnic will be provided afterwards. There will be no Sunday School or Sunday evening service on that day.
Sunday School is usually held at 10 a.m. on Sunday mornings. The morning Worship Service follows at 11 a.m. A second service is held in the evening at 6 p.m. Nursery is provided for Sunday morning and evening services.
Additionally, a Thursday Night Prayer and Bible Study is held weekly beginning at 6:30 p.m.
