Helen Bailey

ANDOVER – Helen Bailey 90, passed on Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2022, at her residence in Andover surrounded by her family.

Born in Naples, on Nov. 16, 1931, she was a daughter of Walter and Laura (Proctor) Ward. She was a graduate of Fryeburg Academy.

Helen was married in South Paris, ME on March 22, 1952 to Lester Bailey who died in Andover, on Jan. 3, 2020.

She is survived by her son Brian of Andover and her daughter Benda Bailey and husband Christopher of Andover, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private and held at the family’s convenience. Interment will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Andover. Arrangements are under the direction of the Meader and Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
