I recently met and spoke with Neil McLean. I believe he’s best qualified to be the next district attorney for Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford counties.

Although this is an elected position, the importance of this job transcends politics. Qualifications matter. McLean is not running to fill a spot for a political party. He has a passion for doing this job well, and is dedicated to seeing justice prevail for the public, the victims, and the accused.

He has been prosecuting for over 15 years. Everything from speeding to attempted murder. He understands the effects of crime on our community, as well as the victims who suffer it. He’s committed to fighting for us and them.

McLean didn’t enter the race at the last minute. He committed to it over 15 years ago. He has been fighting for victims and justice ever since.

Experience matters. I hope people vote McLean for DA in November.
