Caleb and Justine Roesler of Waukesha, Wisconsin, won the 23rd Annual North American Wife Carrying Competition at the Sunday River Resort Saturday. The couple competed as Team Silly Sconnies, traveling 278 yards and finishing with a time of 54.64 seconds, winning a prize of $511, which is five times Mrs. Roesler’s weight in cash.  Sunday River Photo
