OXFORD — Liliana Tripp began collecting food for food panties and helping Oxford County homeless shelters in 2020. Her nonprofit is official and she is currently invoked on the third annual food drive. In 2020, she collected 500 pounds and $500 of food for the Oxford Helping Hands Food Pantry. Last year she collected over 1000 pounds of food and was able to donate to two area food pantries. This year her goal is to donate to three pantries in Oxford County. Please help Liliana meet her goal. There is a drop box at the end of the driveway located at 64 Rabbit Valley Rd. in Oxford from now until November 20. Please help this little girl and your neighbors in Oxford County have a great Thanksgiving this year! For more information contact Laura at 577-6234. Thank you!

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
