TMS vs. MV
BETHEL — On October 11, TMS field hockey battled Mountain Valley in a 9-0 loss. Olivia Hughes and Quinn Coolidge had some good clears, helping goalie Kendal Duchart, who had 19 saves. Mya Buck, Evelyn Kirkey, River Otten, Bailey Watrous, and Natalie Charette moved the ball well up the field, but were unable to score against Mountain Valley’s tough defense.
TMS vs. Dirigo
TMS field hockey played their best game of the season in a 3-1 loss against Dirigo at home on October 12. Telstar played strong and dominated play throughout the game, with Lillian Smith back after an injury and the whole team hungry to score. Mya Buck managed to fire it into the goal in the third quarter after a pass from Natalie Charette. The defense also played tough, with Kendal Duchart only needing to make 5 saves on the day. Way to keep fighting, Telstar!
