Charles T. Casey

DIXFIELD – Charles T. Casey, 71, died Wednesday October 19, 2022 at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. He was a resident of Dixfield.

Born in Rumford, on Oct. 23, 1951, he was a son of Charles and Florette (Daigle) Casey. Charles graduated from Mexico High School. He served in the U.S. Air Force and the Army National Guard. He worked a Boiler Operator in the area for many years. He was an avid hunter and fishman and belong to the Exiles Motorcycle Club.

Charles was married in Maine, on Oct. 1, 1994, to Tina Casey who died March 23, 2008.

He is survived by daughters, Michelle Riordan of Dixfield, Christa Casey and husband Samuel Ramsay of Winthrop, sons, Michael O’Leary and wife Kerry of Mechanic falls and Daniel O’Leary of Kentucky, brothers, Joseph Casey of Roxbury and Thomas Casey and wife Elaine of Missouri, a sister, Teena Hansen Casey of husband Dean of Missouri, grandchildren, Alyssa O’Leary, Karley O’Leary, Kaylin O’Leary, Khloe O’Leary, Leonidas Ramsay, Alexis Casey and Charles Remington.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday Oct. 27, 2022, from 5-7 p.m., at the Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford. Interment will be in St John Cemetery in Rumford.
