For anyone in state House District 104 hoping to support an independent-minded candidate with an established record of public service, they need look no further than Anne Gass of Gray, who I’ve known for 20 years.
Anne is thoughtful, level-headed and practical. She gets things done. She believes in women’s rights and has worked on behalf of Gray and New Gloucester for decades — on the School Board, the Gray Town Council and in support of affordable housing and green open spaces.
A highly successful grant writer, she’s secured funding for housing needs and to repair ATV trails, among other local projects.
She’s helped to improve the district and is eager to do more.
I hope people join me in voting for Anne Gass on Nov. 8.
Lillian Nayder, New Gloucester
