The menu includes a traditional roast turkey dinner with all the trimmings and homemade pie for dessert for $12 per plate. The dining room is handicap- accessible using the elevator entrance on Mitchell Street. DEAR SUN SPOTS: Back by popular demand, the Fairbanks Union Church at 583 Fairbanks Road in Farmington is offering the Christmas Decorations Sale again.

The event will be Saturday, Nov. 19, from 9 a.m. to 2 pm. There will be three rooms full of Christmas items. There will be a table of new and gently used items for gifting as well. DEAR SUN SPOTS: I see that you asked if anyone has a recipe for creton. I have one that my husband has always enjoyed.

Creton: Place 2 pounds ground pork, 1 large finely chopped onion, 1/2 teaspoon allspice, and salt and pepper to taste in a saucepan. Add a small amount of water and cover. Cook over medium heat to start then lower heat. Cook for two hours, stirring often. — Doris, no town
