
Future registered nurses and radiologic technologists participated in a Visual Thinking Strategies session on Nov. 3 at the Bates College Museum of Art in Lewiston.
Students from Maine College of Health Professions explored and discussed several pieces of art led by Anthony Shostak, the museum’s education curator.
Skills learned in VTS sessions can increase teamwork, critical thinking, and observational skills while enhancing communication, according to a news release from Dr. Ann Curtis DNP, RN, director of Interpersonal Education at the Lewiston college.
