The theme for the Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade theme is ‘A Storybook Christmas’. Start designing your float! The Parade will be on Saturday November 26. It will step onto Main Street from Whitman Street, located at the corner of Pizza Exchange and Norway Historical Society. That morning, lineup for Parade participants will include Whitman Street, Summer Street, Pearl Street and Cottage Street. Please use alternate routes unless you are in the Parade. The Parade route will travel south on Main Street, to Paris Street, to Paris Main Street and end as it goes thru Market Square. The Town Christmas Tree lighting will take place on Friday, December 6, at 6 p.m. The tree is located at Butters Park, on the corner of Main Street and Water Street.
The next Select Board Meeting will be held on November 17. Select Board meetings are held on the first and third Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Town Office. The next Planning Board meeting is TBA as the fourth Thursday is Thanksgiving. Planning Board meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month at 7 p.m. at the Town Office.
