Elaine Wilday

AUBURN – Elaine Wilday, 84, of Woodstock, died on Nov. 12, 2022, at Clover Manor Health Care. Elaine was born in Norway, on June 30, 1938, the daughter of Arthur and Myrtle (Hendrickson) Thurlow. She graduated from South Lancaster Academy, and received her degree in Nursing from New England Memorial Hospital. She Married Lawrence Wilday on May 1, 1960.

Elaine was owner of Ledgeview Living Center in West Paris. She was a member of the Woodstock Seventh Day Adventist Church. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens, Scrapbooking, and Sports, most of all she loved her family and anything to do with the grandchildren.

Elaine is survived by her sons Roger (Marie), Randy (Rachel), daughter Kerry Stong (Daryl), and son-in-law Pat Lane; seven grandchildren Zach, Josh, Chris, Issac (Kate), Caleb, Cassie, Elaina, sister-in-law Patty Thurlow, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her Husband Larry, and daughter Kendy Lane

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., on Monday, Nov. 21, 2022, at the Woodstock Seventh Day Adventist Church, 43 Perkins Valley Road, Woodstock. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the church prior to the service. Online condolences may be shared with the family at http://www.chandlerfunerals.com.
