WEST PARIS — Milton Inman is presented with a Certificate of Achievement award from the West Paris Selectboard at their meeting on October 27. Mr. Inman is the winner of the 2022 Spirit of America Foundation Tribute for the Maine Chapter, for his outstanding community service in West Paris. Mr. Inman was a Scoutmaster for 8 years, a founder of the West Paris Historical Society, organized the first West Paris Soap Box Derby races, and was a member of the West Paris and Greenwood Fire Departments for over 60 years.
