Raymond R. Dennis

NORWAY – Raymond R. Dennis, 66, of South Paris passed away Wednesday November 23, 2022, at Stephen’s Memorial Hospital. Raymond was born in Lewiston, on March 31, 1956, a son of Rosaire and Claire (Raymond) Dennis. He was educated in Auburn schools and graduated from Edward Little High School. He worked at Elmet Technologies for 34 years. Raymond married Linda Walker on April 14, 1984.

Ray enjoyed fishing, especially ice fishing on Thompson Lake; driving along country roads admiring the scenery; baseball/softball; and helping coach his children’s teams. He loved spending time with family and cherished time spent with his grandchildren.

Raymond is survived by his wife Linda; two children; son Matthew Dennis of Auburn, daughter Jessie Lewis and husband Joe of Auburn; two sisters, Rita McGraw and husband Mike of Lewiston, Linda Hobbs of Brunswick; six nieces; five nephews; and five grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his parents; brother, David Dennis; and sister, Doris Coy.
