“Christmas in the Air” – a sing-a-long and presentation about the history and stories of Christmas carols and songs of the season – will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 18, at Church of the Good Shepherd in Rangeley. The evening will be led by Robert Ludwig, director of music at Good Shepherd.

Join us to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Gene Autrey’s “Here Comes Santa Claus,” and learn other interesting facts about familiar music – such as the first Christmas song heard in outer space. Ludwig will share entertaining stories about sacred and secular songs of the season and lead everyone in an inspirational and fun singing of popular holiday songs. Favorites can be requested.

There is no admission charge or donation and the program is suitable for all ages. Church of the Good Shepherd is located at 2614 Main St., Rangeley. For more information email admin@goodshepherdrangeley.org or call the parish office 207-864-3381.
