LEWISTON — It’s been brought to our attention that Roak the Florist/Urban Garden Center combo at 793 Main St., which opened in 2021, has closed and the building is for sale. Realtor Marc Fishman said the listing went live about two weeks ago.
In September 2018, five months after his wife died, longtime owner Mike Small announced he was selling the business after 40 years.
The Urban Garden Center owner Gary Howard bought the property and had planned on consolidating his store on Sabattus Street into the new location. The Sabattus Street location remains open. Attempts to reach Howard for more details were unsuccessful.
