Frances A. (MacNeill) Perkins

SOUTH PARIS – Frances A. (MacNeill) Perkins, 86, of South Paris, died peacefully on Dec. 12, 2022 at Market Square Healthcare with Family around her. She was born on Sept. 13, 1936 in Lynn Mass., the daughter of Neil and Ella (Parsons) MacNeill.

Frances graduated from Lynn Classical High School Class of 1954. She married Philip I. Perkins Sr. on Sept. 18, 1954, and they just celebrated 68 Years of marriage in September.

She was a member of The East Otisfield Baptist Church in East Otisfield. She was a member in The Order of the Eastern Star in Buckfield and Mexico Maine. She was also a member of The Anderson Staples American Legion Post #112 Auxiliary of Oxford.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a son David, five sisters and one brother. She is survived by one sister and two brothers; her children Beverly Cobb and Partner Bruce Farrington, Philip and Janice Perkins Jr., Mary Jane and Donald Vachon, James and Maxine Perkins, William and Allison Perkins; 13 grandchildren; 23 great- grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday Dec. 31, 2022 at 1 p.m. at The Anderson Staples Legion Hall 112 King St. Oxford.
