Curt Therriault is a homeless amputee in Lewiston who says he suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD, and has not been able to work for about 20 years. He says his hopes for the new year are pretty much obvious. “I’d like not to be strutting around in a wheelchair and homeless,” he says. “It’s tough.
