Welcome, readers. Today we are having a special Q&A with the adoptable cat, Talli. Talli is a very affectionate and very beautiful adult cat, currently at Responsible Pet Care.

RPC: Hello, Talli, thanks for joining us today.
Talli: I’m happy to be out of my cage and there’s no place I’d rather be than having special one-on-one time with people. May I sit in your lap?
RPC: Oh – ok, right on top of my papers? Of course. I guess that means you like people?
Talli: I looooove people. I love to get love and I love to give love. Sometimes I talk to people, too. I’m a pretty good friend, if I do say so myself. I am friendly with everyone – everyone human, that is.
RPC: So…that means there are some types you don’t like?
Talli: I do not like other cats. I loathe them. You people put me in a big room to live with other cats once and I hated it. Well, I loved the big room and all the climby things and the windows, but I did not like the other cats. I don’t see why they couldn’t have moved out of that room and it could have been all mine. Now I’m stuck in a cage.
RPC: Sorry, Talli, I hope you get a home really soon so you don’t have to be cooped up in a cage any longer.
Talli: I get to run around for a few minutes while the nice people clean my cage every day. I explore everywhere in the shelter that I can get to. But it doesn’t last long enough. I wish I had a home where I could explore. Next to giving love to people, it’s my favorite thing to do.
RPC: Tell the folks a little about your past, Talli.
Talli: I had a home once but then I didn’t. I was living outside for a while, it’s all a blur now. Someone picked me up and brought me to RPC. I’ve been here about 3 months already. It’s warm and I get plenty of food, and the people are nice, but it’s nothing like a home or having my own people.
RPC: Why should someone adopt you instead of another cat, Talli?
Talli: I am full of love, I’m pretty, I will entertain you, and I’m just generally wonderful to have around. As long as you don’t have other cats or dogs. I invite everyone to come meet me at RPC when they’re open. Or make an appointment when they’re not.
