COBLESKILL, N.Y. — Nathan Poulin had a game-high 24 points for University of Maine at Farmington in a 79-73 win over SUNY Cobleskill in a North Atlantic Conference men’s basketball matchup Friday.

Jack Kane had 19 points for the Beavers (9-4 overall, 5-0 NAC) and Terion Moss had 15 points.

Jeremy Rosario dropped in 14 points for the Fighting Tigers (12-4 overall, 4-2 NAC) while Iziah Pigott had 13 points. Justin Feldman chipped in with 11 points and Markel Jenkins finished with 10 points.

HAMILTON 67, BATES 64: Eric Anderson led the Continentals (10-6 overall, 2-1 NESCAC) with 16 points in a win against the Bobcats (5-9 overall, 0-2 NESCAC) in Lewiston.

Patrick Mogan had 15 points while Garret Keyhani and Hank Morgan each had 10 points in the win.

Steph Baxter had a game-high 23 points for Bates. Peter Psyhogeos chipped in with 11 points and Jahmir Primer finished with 10 points.

WOMEN’S BASKETBALL
HAMILTON 80, BATES 71, OT:
Emma Sehring and Emily Hall each had 20 points for the Continentals in an overtime win over the Bobcats in Clifton, New York.

Taylor Lambo had 17 points in the NESCAC victory and Olivia Davis had 10 points.

Mehan Graff dropped in 20 for Bates while teammates Jenna Berens and Alexandria Long had 12 points apiece. Kayla Bridgeman finished with 11 points and Elsa Daulerio had 10.

SUNY-COBLESKILL 62, UMF 42: Talia Washington and Audriana Hollister each had 10 points for the Fighting Tigers (9-7 overall, 4-1 NAC) in a victory over the Beavers (1-11 overall, 0-4 NAC) in Cobleskill, New York.

Jacqui Hamilton had 10 points for UMaine-Farmington.

MEN’S HOCKEY
UMASS-LOWELL 2, MAINE 1: UMass-Lowell jumped out to a two-goal lead and held on to beat the University of Maine in a men’s hockey game on Friday in Orono.

Marek Korencik scored in the first period from Jon McDonald and Carl Berglund to give the River Hawks (12-9-1, 6-4-1 Hockey East) a 1-0 lead. Isac Jonnson made it 2-0 with assists from Ryan Brushett and Korencik in the second.

Reid Pabich scored later in the second for the Black Bears (8-10-2, 2-6-1).

Gustavs Davis Grigals had 25 saves for UMass-Lowell. Victor Ostman had 32 saves for Maine.

WOMEN’S HOCKEY
NEW HAMPSHIRE 5, MAINE 4: Emily Pinto scored with less than two minutes left to lift the Wildcats (7-16, 5-11 Hockey East) past the Black Bears (11-12, 8-8) in Orono.

Maine led 3-2 after the second period on first-period goals by Luisa Welcke and Alyssa Wruble, and a second-period goal by Mira Seregely. Kira Juodikis and Tamara Thierus scored in the third to give the Wildcats a 4-3 goal before Emma Lange scored to tie it with 4:27 left in regulation.

Juodikis also scored in the first period for the Wildcats and Nicky Harnett made 25 saves.

Brooklyn Oakes had 25 saves for Maine.
