BETHEL — The West Parish Congregational Church Youth Group is scheduled this month to host a reading of “A Dog & His Boy” and a chance to meet the authors, Heidi Bullen and Lisa Krikorian Wentzell.
The gathering will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, at 32 Church St.
Bullen is a National Board-certified third-grade teacher at Crescent Park Elementary School in Bethel. She has been a teacher for 24 years. This is her third book.
Wentzell is a full-time mother with a full-time career caring for Scotty, her special-needs son. Together with her husband, Scott, they are dedicated to assuring Scotty enjoys all that life has to offer.
A potluck dinner reception immediately to follow.
