Mike Haines, a mechanical engineer from Falmouth, talks Monday morning to members of the Norway Planning Board and others in the third-floor ballroom of the Odd Fellows Hall at 380 Main St. in Norway. Built in 1893, the hall was listed in 2013 by Maine Preservation as one of the 10 most endangered historic buildings in the state. It has been vacant more than 22 years. Haines plans to redevelop it into retail space on the first floor and 14 apartments on the upper floors and basement. Russ Dillingham/Sun Journal
