We recognize the bank as a place where each person’s unique gifts and strengths shine through. Norway Savings Bank is pleased to announce the recent promotion of nine employees:

Bobbie-Jo Chase, Vice President, Deposit Operations Manager, started her career at Norway Savings Bank in 1999, as an intern teller with the school banking program. Bobbie-Jo later became a full-time bank employee at the former Oxford Walmart location and has held various branch positions. In 2005, she joined the Deposit Operations department as supervisor. Since then, her responsibilities have expanded and have led to multiple promotions including the latest to Vice President, Deposit Operations Manager. Bobbie-Jo is heavily involved in bank committees and is an advocate for culture initiatives including the bank’s GROW mentor program, where she has been both a learning partner and mentor. Bobbie-Jo is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and is currently attending the New England School of Financial Studies.

Tina Merritt, Vice President, SharePoint Administrator & Project Management Officer, started her career at NSB in 2016 as the SharePoint Administrator. She has been instrumental in implementing SharePoint and continues to support, promote and develop the system as it remains a central communication, document-sharing, and workflow tool that connects team members across the bank. In 2020, Tina was promoted to Assistant Vice President with the addition of Project Management to her responsibilities. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), her skills and talent align with the growing needs of the bank. She works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the smooth implementation of major bank initiatives. Tina is a true champion of Norway Savings’ Can-Do culture, supporting and promoting cultural initiatives through the culture steering team, culture crews, and cultural ambassadors.

Kaela Delan, Assistant Vice President, Customer Care Center Assistant Manager, started her banking career as a teller in the Norway Savings Naples branch in 2008. She was eager to learn and grow her career and quickly achieved Certified Teller Status. To further expand her knowledge, Kaela transferred to the Customer Care team in 2011. Due to her ability to constantly grow her skills, provide support to her team members, and successfully help customers with their needs, she was promoted to Team Leader. Her career progressed as Kaela participated in development programs and internal learning opportunities for supervisors. In 2021, Kaela was promoted to Assistant Manager of Customer Care. She’s heavily involved in various bank initiatives where she shares her wealth of knowledge with other bank employees.

Karry Kane, Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer of the Mid Coast Market, joined Norway Savings in 1996 as a Customer Service Representative and transitioned to Branch Manager of the Topsham location in 2006. Karry has served the banking and lending needs of the mid-coast community for more than 25 years. She has spent much of her time supporting many internal initiatives and committees and has participated in the bank’s GROW mentor program as both a learning partner and mentor. Karry is also involved in her community, serving the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Bath Brunswick and United Way organizations.

Brittany Robidoux, Vice President, Trust Officer, joined the Norway Savings Asset Management Group in 2011 after graduating from Campbell University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Trust and Wealth Management. In 2017, Brittany expanded her professional experience and moved to Wilmington, Delaware, where she spent the next four years working as a Trust Officer, strengthening her skills working with high net-worth families in wealth management and the administration of special needs trusts. Brittany returned to Maine and Norway Savings in 2021. Since her return, Brittany has been involved in the bank’s GROW mentor program and culture crews.

Michelle Luce, Assistant Vice President, Fryeburg Branch Manager, started her career at Norway Savings Bank in 2019 as Assistant Branch Manager at our Fryeburg location and was promoted to Branch Manager in 2022. Since joining Norway Savings Bank, Michelle has participated in many bank initiatives, including the bank’s GROW mentor program and culture crews. Michelle also serves as secretary of the Western Mountain Board of Realtors Affiliates.

Jacob Ouellette, Assistant Vice President, and Investment Officer, joined NSB in 2014 as a Financial Solutions Specialist in the Saco branch before moving to the Asset Management Group a year later. In 2016, Jake became a Sustainable Investing Professional (SIP) and continues to expand and pursue his education and improve his skill set. Jake supports NSB’s Can-Do culture as a member of the Culture Steering Committee and has been involved in several committees, including the employee wellness and banquet committees.

Heather Taylor, Assistant Vice President, Market Manager, Kennebunk/Saco, came to NSB in 2012 as a teller at our Congress Street location. In 2013 she transitioned to our Saco branch where she learned about lending and quickly moved through the retail ranks to Market Manager. Heather’s willingness to take on new challenges has served her well and she has received several accolades for her work. Over the years, Heather has been involved in a number of bank committees and initiatives, including the GROW program and co-chairing the collaborative coaching crew. She is also an active member of her community, serving as the president of the Saco River Valley Kiwanis Club for the past three years and as an active member of the Biddeford Saco Chamber where she served as a chamber ambassador from 2018-2020.

Michelle Wickham, Assistant Vice President, Trust Operations Officer, started her career at Norway Savings Bank in 2011 as a Financial Solutions Specialist at our Congress Street location. In 2016, she moved to the Asset Management Group (AMG) as a Trust Associate. In 2022, Michelle pursued her Certified Trust Operations Professional (CTOP) designation, and as a result, has taken on more responsibility for the operations area in the AMG.
