AUBURN — St. Michael’s Church’s historian, Eric Terrio, has been researching files there and recording bits of history to be put in the newsletter weekly.
Last month, Terrio compiled those bits into a book, “The Little Red Church.” Parishioners were presented with a copy of the book at no charge.
Parishioners such as Mary Bussell was happy to receive a copy, since her memories of St. Michael’s go back to the 1930s. Five generations of her family have attended the church, according to a news release from Mary Rider, presence proctor, Montello School.
