ANDOVER — 115 out of 154 Andover voters chose Justin Thacker to be their next selectman, according to Clerk, Tax Collector, Melinda Averill. Toby Wells received 26 votes and Kevin Scott received 13. The voting took place at Town Hall from 11a.m. to 7p.m. on Monday, February 13.

Thacker will join Brian Mills and Joe Luce the current selectmen.  He replaces Jeff Elkie.
