Warmth, lots of friends (new and old) – and good exercise! You can join the very popular Walk the Gym program any time – no fee or pre-registration. Every Tuesday and Thursday, 1-2 at Gould Academy’s Field House.

Is this a familiar story? I don’t drive anymore, and I’m worried because I have a doctor’s appointment coming up, and I’m not sure how I’ll get there. My friends and family members have jobs and very busy lives, and I can’t depend on their availability all the time. AFCI’s N2N (Neighbor to Neighbor) Rides Program to the rescue! With a simple call to our service number (see below) we can take you not only to medical appointments, but also to visit a friend, go shopping, or to church. We have just vetted and trained four new drivers, and we’re just waiting for your call!

There have been suggestions that participants in the monthly Soups On! luncheons could stay later to play board games. Let’s do it! We have some games, but you may bring your favorite – Wednesday, March 15.
