OXFORD — On Friday, March 3, according to Oxford Police Detective Brandon Correia, the Oxford Police Department received information with regard to possible drug activity/trafficking involving Philip Fiore, 33, and Kayla Fogg, 36, at a residence in Oxford. This information included a child coming in direct contact with a controlled substance within the residence.

Through diligent investigation including interviews and surveillance, officers were able to procure and execute a search warrant on March 3, on the residence and the following was seized:

• eight firearms

• felony amounts of methamphetamine

• drug paraphernalia

On Monday, March 6, Fogg and Fiore were arrested and charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Schedule “W” Drug (Class B), Possession of Schedule “Z” Drug (Class D), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class D), Possession of a Firearm by Prohibited Persons (Class D), and Criminal Asset Forfeiture (Civil). FIORE received an additional charge of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property (Class E).

Officers later obtained further information with regard to more firearms hidden within the residence. Another search warrant was obtained and executed on March 6 and an additional four firearms were located and seized along with over 13 ounces of marijuana and more drug paraphernalia.

Both Fogg and Fiore received an additional charge of Possession of a Schedule “Z” Drug (Class D). Both are currently being held at the Oxford County Jail without bail.

The child is safe with relatives, said Chief Rickie Jack.
