BETHEL — Mahoosuc Land Trust has tapped local, regional and national talent to share their expertise in mushrooms, bird illustration, vernal pools and gardening to welcome spring.

Events are both webinars and in person at 162 North Road, according to a news release from Barbara Murphy at the trust.

• Mushrooms 101 with Amanda Moran, four-week course, 6 p.m. starting Tuesday, March 21;

• Talking With Birds with Dan Gardoqui, 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 29;

• Baby Birds, An Artist Looks Into Wild Bird Nests with Julie Zickefoose, 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 5;

• Be A Better Gardener with Barbara Murphy, four-week course, 6 p.m. starting Wednesday, April 12;

• The Magic of Vernal Pools with Dan Gardoqui, 6 p.m. Thursday, April 13;

• Personal Habitat with Julie Zickefoose, 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 10; and

• Connecting to the Natural World with iNaturalist with Julie Reiff, 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 17.
