LEWISTON – In the early hours of March 24, 2023, Aaron Blais passed away unexpectedly at Central Maine Medical Center after a brief illness. He was surrounded by loved ones, including his wife, his mom and his brother. Aaron was 41 years old.

Aaron Justin Blais was born March 7, 1982, in Lewiston, Maine. He was the firstborn son to Suzanne C. Vallieres Blais and the late Marcel Joseph Blais. They welcomed their second son four years later, Aaron’s younger brother, Kasey Jordan Blais.

Aaron is lovingly remembered, and survived by, his wife Amy Marie Blais, mother Sue Blais, brother Kasey Blais and his wife Anastasia, his very special Aunt Nance Vallieres, Uncle Gary Vallieres, parents-in-law Paul and Ellen Baillargeon, sister-in-law Tracy Parent and her husband Joel, along with his cherished nieces and nephews – Amelia, Logan and Ashton (children of Kasey and Anastasia) and Beckett and Clara (children of Tracy and Joel). In addition, paternal aunts Doris Soucy, Connie Kell and Murielle Guay and paternal uncle Toby Blais, beloved cousins, and close friends that Aaron considered family.

Aaron’s Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday April 1, 2023, from 1-5 p.m., at The Fortin Group, 217 Turner St, Auburn, Maine. Feel free to pay homage to this great man by wearing his favorite band or sports team apparel.
