Paul E. Gagnon

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. – Paul E. Gagnon, 77, formerly of Lewiston, died Feb. 23, 2023, in Palm Beach County, Florida. He was born on Nov. 28, 1945, to Laurent and Helene Gagnon. He leaves a sister, Claire Braida and her husband Garrett, niece Nicole and her husband Matt and their kids, Will and Brooke. He also leaves many cousins, especially Pat and Mike Zebley and their son John.

He graduated from University of Maine at Orono with a bachelor and master’s degree in economics.

He worked for the City of Lewiston as a city planner and taught municipal finance at the University of Maine. He also taught at Broward County Municipal College in Florida. He was the author of several publications and manuscripts.
