Roger E. Farnum

LEWISTON – Roger E. Farnum, born in Lewiston on Feb. 13, 1933, son of Wesley Noe and Evelyn Morgan Farnum of Turner, passed away April 17, 2023.

He was educated in the Turner school system and graduated from Leavitt Institute in Turner Center in 1952. On Dec. 5, 1952, he married the love of his life, Rosalea Sennett, and remained happily married until her death in 2003.

Roger spent his adult life living in Lewiston. He worked in the shoe industry including 30 years as a salesman for Bixby International until they closed in 1993. The last five years of working he started his own company, Farnum Enterprises.

Roger enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golf. He was a member of Poland Springs Country Club since 1982.

Roger was predeceased by his wife, Rosalea; his parents; an infant baby; sister, Judy, and his brother, John.

He leaves behind his brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Anita Farnum of Turner; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Per Roger’s request, there will be no services at this time.
