Mystery Photo for April 30, 2023. Russ Dillingham/Sun Journal
We only had a handful of correct entries for last week’s Mystery Photo. Our winner, for the third time over the past 17 years and nearly 900 photos published in the contest, was Dave Linehan of Lewiston. He correctly identified the graffiti on the wall of the former Cumberland Farms on outer Main Street in Lewiston. “I was driving down Main Street and some skateboarders caught my eye in the parking lot and I noticed the mural behind them and I realized it was this week’s Mystery Photo,” he let us know. Linehan is often the first entry received on weeks when the photo is from the Lewiston-Auburn area. He was picked in a random drawing from the correct entries and will receive a $20 Hannaford Supermarket gift card.
