Bertrand R. Forgues
AUBURN – Bertrand R. Forgues, 85, died peacefully Monday, May 8, 2023, at Androscoggin Hospice House after suffering a massive hemorrhagic stroke at home on March 5, 2023. Born in Lewiston on Aug. 22, 1937, to Raoul and Zephirina (Lafond) Forgues. Bert married the Love of his life Muriel Landry on Sept. 7, 1968. They would have celebrated 55 years of marriage this year.
He will be remembered as a loving husband, great father and gentleman.

A visitation at The Fortin Group, Auburn, for Bertrand will be held Sunday, May 14, 2023 from 4-7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial, Holy Cross Church will occur Monday, May 15, 2023 at 11 a.m. A committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery will occur Monday, May 15, 2023.
