Bernadette J. Thibeault

MERRIMACK, N.H. – Bernadette J. Thibeault of Merrimack, N.H. passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Nashua, N.H. on March 31, 2023 at the age of 91.

Bernadette “Bernie” was born in Lewiston on Dec. 3, 1931, to Leonidas and Aldenard V. Tardif. She graduated from Lewiston High School in 1949 and enjoyed attending many class reunions throughout the years. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend, and was a kind person to all who knew her.

She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, George, who passed away in 2013; and many brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her son, David Thibeault of Shelton, Wash., two daughters, JoAnn LeMieux and husband Richard of Old Orchard Beach, and Susan Glasscock and husband Paul of Vernon, Conn.; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Rachel Cyr and sister-in-law, Arlene Tardif, both of Lewiston.

Her remains were interred at the Last Rest Cemetery in Merrimack, N.H. after a private graveside service on April 10.
