POLAND — Khloe O’Leary belted two triples and drove in three runs as fourth-seeded Poland beat fifth-seeded Morse 11-0 in five innings in a Class B South softball quarterfinal Friday.
O’Leary’s second triple plated Sydney Lacombe and Alyssa Hart in the bottom of the fifth to end the game via the 10-run rule.
Olivia Rioux contributed a two-run double, Lacombe hit a double and a single, and Hart also doubled for the Knights (14-3). Gretchyn Paradis pitched a one-hitter with six strikeouts.
Camdyn Johnson struck out seven batters for the Shipbuilders, who finish their season with an 11-6 record.
The Knights will face top-seeded York at 1 p.m. Saturday.
