The Oxford Hills Rotary Club welcomes its newest member Jeff Noblin of Norway. His classification will be hospital administrator.

Noblin has been a Rotarian for 20 years, and his dad was also a Rotarian. He is the newly appointed president of Stephens Memorial Hospital and Western Maine Health. He comes from West Virginia. His wife, and two  teenage daughters will be joining him once the school year ends, according to a news release from Patty Rice with the rotary club.
