Monthly Membership Meetings: Potluck dinners are held every 3rd Thursday of the month, between May and September, at our Guides clubhouse on Old Ski Way Rd. in Oquossoc, starting at 5:30 and lasting till 7:00.  All public are invited. Join us for a great meal, dessert, and an informational presentation.  Talks from sporting, wildlife, conservation and other various topics of interest.

Skeet & Trap Club Dates: May 15 – October 31. The Rangeley Region Skeet and Trap Association range is located at the end of Old Skiway Rd. in Oquossoc.  Check our website,  www.rrsta.org, for current events.  Your RRG&SA membership includes a reciprocal membership with the RRS&TA.  For more information, please contact Dave Kretzing 207-864-4323.
Archery Range Dates: June 1 – October 31. Our range is located below the RRG&SA clubhouse lower parking lot.  For information, please contact Gary Langille 207-860-9293.

Tim Baker Trail:  It is located at the Guides’ Clubhouse on Old Skiway Road.  Opening date June 15.
July 3rd In the Park: In conjunction with Rangeley’s Independence Day celebrations, come out to the town park and enjoy burgers, hot dogs, and our famous Guides’ fries.
Kids’ Fishing Derby: July 6.  Kids are grouped by age and fish at the Fishing Pond behind our Clubhouse.  Prizes and food.  Equipment provided.
Junior Guides Summer Program: three consecutive Mondays and Tuesdays starting July 10. The Basic and Advanced program will be offered for 6 sessions from 9:00-3:00.  Our signature program offers challenging hands-on activities dealing with the mammals of Maine, insect identification, expert instruction in fly tying and casting, archery, rifle and pistol range, watercraft and sports, hiking and much more.  Pre-registration is required. Strawberry Festival: Thursday, July 13, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. This takes place at Oquossoc Village Town Park.  Fresh strawberry shortcake, crafts, food & lots more is offered for public enjoyment.  For more information contact Joyce Fay 207-864-2651.
127th Annual Membership Meeting: Thursday July 20, 5:30 p.m. Election of club officers will be held along with an informal presentation.  Food and beverages will be provided free of charge by the club, but you are encouraged to bring your special dessert.
RRS&TA Annual Club Championship: August 26 -27, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. This is a members-only tournament with dinner on August 27.  Completed registrations with payments, may be brought to our monthly potluck supper at the clubhouse or mailed to RRS&TA, P.O. 13th Annual Turkey Shoot: Sunday, October 8 This is held at the Rifle & Pistol Range located on the Morton Cutoff Rd. in the Old Fanjoy Pit.  Registrations are from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.  Competitions begin promptly at 11:00 a.m.  No additional shooters after 11:00 a.m.  For more information, please contact info@rangeleyoutdoors.org or call Dave Kretzing (207) 864-4323.
Youth Hunters’ Day Breakfast: Saturday, October 22. This is at the RRG&SA clubhouse.  Breakfast is served from 5:30 a.m. – 8 a.m.  Kids eat free and receive a complimentary hunter’s cap.  Adults are asked for a $5.00 donation.
