BOSTON — Two local students were awarded undergraduate degrees at Emerson College May 14 during the 143nd commencement at Agganis Arena.

Pranit Chand of Pownal received a Bachelor of Arts degree in self-designed.

William Cheever of Raymond received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing communication.
