Angela M. Plourde

LEWISTON – Angela M. Plourde, 55, passed away on July 3, 2023 at CMMC in Lewiston. She was a beloved mother, wife, sister, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Angela was born on Dec. 31, 1967 in Lewiston where she spent her formative years. She became a Mental Health Case Manager and worked for Common Ties and then Tri County Mental Health Services for 17 years. Throughout her career, she was known for her hard work, dedication and passion for helping others.
But more than anything, Angela was a devoted grandmother. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, going dancing, playing games, and watching their favorite TV shows. She especially enjoyed taking spontaneous beach and hiking trips, including all of her “kids”. She was always there to offer guidance, support and encouragement no matter what challenges they faced.
In her free time, Angela enjoyed tending to her small garden and attending local activities. She enjoyed watching movies and was always eager to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with others. She was an active member of the community, volunteering for various causes and organizations.
Angela is survived by her loving husband, Scott R Plourde, her children, Erin S. Dehetre, Salina A. Plourde, Levi S. Plourde, loving Niece Keyana R Lee, and her grandchildren, Derek, Eli, Nicholas, Ta’Naya, Evelyn, Malikye, Sebastian, and Tahjah. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.

A Celebration of Angela’s life will be held on Saturday July 22, 2023 at the funeral home from 1-4 p.m.
