CANTON, N.Y. — The following local students were named to the 2023 spring semester dean’s list at St. Lawrence University.
Ben DeBiase of Carrabassett Valley, a member of the class of 2026, attended Mount Abram Regional High School.
Cam Ghadfa of Denmark, a member of the class of 2023, is majoring in art and art history. Ghadfa attended Fryeburg Academy.
Erin Harty of Bowdoinham, a member of the class of 2025, is majoring in environmental studies-psychology. Harty attended Mount Ararat School.
Luke Josephson of Auburn, a member of the class of 2026, attended Waynflete School.
Maddy Mercier of Lewiston, a member of the class of 2023, is majoring in multifield bachelor of arts. Mercier attended Lewiston High School.
Derek Metivier of Lewiston, a member of the class of 2023, is majoring in economics. Metivier attended Lewiston High School.
Julia Sirois of Rumford, a member of the class of 2023, is majoring in conservation biology. Sirois attended Greely High School.
Sara St. Clair of Winthrop, a member of the class of 2026, attended Maranacook Community School.
To be eligible for the dean’s list, a student must have completed at least four courses and have an academic average of 3.6 based on a 4.0 scale for the semester.
