With some live animals and real specimens, the program has drawn more than 100 visitors to the first program when they presented Owls of Maine.

The free program is set for 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 17, on the library lawn, 56 Rumford Ave. If there is inclement weather, it will be held in the library’s public room.
