Annette Marie Gammon
LEWISTON – Some people only walk this earth for a short time. Their departure reminds us that angels are watching over us. Annette Marie Gammon, 60, rejoined her heavenly family and gained her wings.
Annette; mother of three. passed away suddenly on the morning of June 17, 2023 at 7:30 a.m. after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Her final moments were spent in peace and surrounded with love by her three children and close family and friends.
Annette is survived by her three children, Scott Gammon, Natasha Gammon, and Kenneth Foster Jr.; along with her six grandchildren, Duane, Caiden, Kenneth, Harlee, Virginia, and Hunter; and her beloved fur babies Annabelle and Muffin
Annette was one of many children to her mother, Harriet and Kenneth Drummond as well as her acting father, Harold Gammon
Her siblings include Harold Jr., Deborah, Melvin, Glenn, and Guy along with Kenneth II, Suzie, Julie, Kenneth Wayne, Duane, and Desiree
To others she was known for her loving and giving nature, joy of scrapbooking, crafting, watching the news and “Criminal Minds”, as well as her extensive collection of stones and gems but to her children she was known for always being there for their greatest moments and toughest times. To Scott, he will always remember how proud she was to see him graduate high school and join the U.S. Navy which involved overcoming her fear of flying. To Natasha, she taught her what it means to be brave, gave her strength and modeled what it is to be a single mother and to Kenny, she will always be his first love, best friend, and his confidant.
Annette will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Annetteās children ask that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life not the sadness of her passing.

A celebration of life will be held on her birthday- Aug. 19, at a beautiful cabin near the water, 93 Wabunaki Rd., Denmark, ME 04022 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. All friends and family are welcome and appreciated.
Flowers and memorial gifts are welcome but not necessary.
