The Bridgton-Lake Region Rotary Club plans to host a “shot” event at the Mountain Range Golf Driving Range from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, at 146 Harrison Road.
“The event is being held to encourage folks to play in our Golf Tournament on Sept. 16 at the Bridgton Highlands Country Club. But even if you are not a golfer, stop by to visit for a few minutes or a couple of hours. There will be buckets of balls and snacks,” said John Eliassen, president of the local club, according to a news release from the club.
Every fifth Thursday the Bridgton-Lake Region Rotary Club hosts a social event. This month, the club is hosting the “shot” event.
