The Rockin’ Recons, one of the four original bands from the PAL Hop Days of the ‘60s, will play at 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, at the Poland Spring Inn. Since the reforming of the group in 1987 after a 20-year hiatus, the band continues to perform. The Rockin’ Recons play a blend of classic rock from the ’60s to the ’80s with a touch of country.
