HARRISON — The Bolsters Mills United Methodist Church plans to sell chicken pies and gravy Saturday, Sept. 16.
Orders for pies need to be called in on the morning of Sept. 16 between 9 and 11 a.m. at 207-583-9024; people are asked not to leave a message.
Chicken pies must be picked up between noon and 2 p.m. at the 664 Bolsters Mills Road church in the Bolsters Mills Village of Harrison, unless arrangements are made when placing the order, according to a news release from Karen Turino with the church.
Pies cost $15 each; multiple pies can be ordered, but organizers cannot always guarantee that large quantities can be honored.
The pies are fully cooked and can be frozen and reheated for a future meal.
