The shelter is overflowing with felines! We’d like you to meet just a few of the wonderful cats and kittens who are waiting for a home.

Jarvis

Jarvis – Jarvis could be on The Voice, because he loves to use his. We aren’t sure whether he’s crooning popular song lyrics or telling us how much he’d love a home of his own. Mr. Jarvis is about seven and a half years old and came to us as a stray at the end of April. He hasn’t had much experience with cats, but with the little exposure he has had he seems to like them; we are unsure about dogs. He really loves people. He is a big (literally he is very tall) love who could do without being held but would happily curl up next to you while being wrapped in a fluffy blanket.

Cheesecake

Cheesecake – Who doesn’t love Cheesecake? And this version is one of the best. Cheesecake is a petite, young adult who is friendly and loving. She loves to roll around on the floor or furniture and will be a wonderful companion. She lives happily with other cats and we think she’d do fine with dogs as well.

Gummy

Gummy – Gummy is a young adult, approximately 2-3 years old. She was left at our door with no information, so we don’t know much about her past. We’ve tested her with cats, and she has shown herself to be very good with them. Gummy is a super sweet and loving girl who loves cuddles, and she is just full of energy so is sure to keep you entertained. She is waiting patiently for her perfect forever home, but she is more than ready to get on with the next chapter of her life.

Because the shelter has so many cats right now, we are offering $50 off the adoption fee of any adult cat (1-8 years old), through September 15. Visit Jarvis, Cheesecake, Gummy, and our other cats during our open hours or by appointment. Fill out our application at www.responsiblepetcare.org/cats to get preapproved.
