On August 24, 2023, Rangeley Health and Wellness hosted the annual Chodosh Memorial Golf Tournament at Mingo Springs Golf Course. Seventeen teams competed for the top spots in the men’s, women’s and mixed divisions as well as contests for longest drive, closest to the pin and putting. The Chodosh Memorial Golf Tournament set itself apart from others with a unique element – the air cannon shot. The air cannon added a fun twist to the golfing experience, making it a thrilling and memorable afternoon for all participants. A post-tournament celebration and prize ceremony followed at the conclusion of play.

The focal point of the tournament was the kids. One hundred percent of the proceeds from this golf tournament are dedicated exclusively to supporting children’s programs at Rangeley Health and Wellness. With every swing of the club, participants were not just navigating bunkers and greenways, they were also navigating a pathway to opportunities for the children of the Rangeley community.
The success of the tournament was a testament to the enthusiasm, goodwill, and generosity of all involved – from the participants, the Chodosh family, the Mingo Springs staff, and RHW volunteers to the wonderful sponsors and prize donors who graciously supported the cause.
Congratulations to this year’s winners!
