Vaughn Philip Estabrook
SOUTH PARIS – Vaughn Philip Estabrook passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2023.
He was born on Feb. 6, 1941, a son to Lawrence and Dorothy (Ellis) Estabrook. He was born and raised in Harrison and Durham, graduating from Freeport High School.
Vaughn was drafted into the U.S. Army in March 1967. During his time in the Army, Vaughn was stationed in Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colo. and served during the Vietnam War for almost a year. being honorably discharged in 1969 and earning the National Defense Service medal, the Vietnam Service medal and the Vietnam Campaign medal.
He married his loving wife, Edna, and the pair had two wonderful children, Charles and Victoria.
In life, Vaughn loved spending time with his family and beloved dogs that he has had throughout the years. He was an avid Patriots fan and would never miss a game. He was also was well known for his hot rod – a 1973 Chevy Nova.

A graveside service and Military Honors will be held on Saturday, Oct. 14 at 1 p.m. at Gracelawn Memorial Park in Auburn.
